徐娟

徐娟,女,博士,教授,博士生导师。1994、1997年分别在华中农业大学园艺学获学士、硕士学位;1997年7月至1999年8月在华南热带农业大学农学院植物教研室任助教;2002年在华中农业大学果树学获博士学位并留校任教;2004、2013年分别晋升为副教授、教授;并分别于2006.09-2007.03及2013.04-2014.04留学意大利国家新技术、能源与环境署及新西兰植物与食品研究所。第十一届国际柑橘学大会执行秘书、司库及会议论文集共同主编(2007-2011);华中农业大学园艺林学学院与新西兰皇家植物与食品研究所(新西兰)建设中新园艺科学国际联合研究与培训中心中方技术协调人(2016-)。湖北省杰出青年人才(2009)和教育部新世纪优秀人才(2013)。

柑橘果实中类胡萝卜素生物合成与代谢机理;利用柑橘愈伤组织研究柑橘次生代谢途径的调控;莽山野柑果实特殊香味物质形成机理;不同柑橘种质资源苦味物质形成机理。
