胡春根

胡春根简历:江西临川人,1964年2月出生。博士,教授,博士生导师。1985年华中农业大学园艺系本科毕业,1988年在浙江农业大学获硕士学位,1998年获华中农业大学博士学位。2001年至2003年在日本农业研究机构国立果树研究所特别研究员。回国后一直从事柑橘特殊种质资源重要性状,特别是阶段发育转变及花器官形成遗传调控机理研究,获批国家自然科学基金面上及重点项目8项。

重点内容 :

柑橘是我国南方最重要的果树,其遗传育种及基因功能研究均受到长童期的严重制约。针对柑橘童期发育调控机理,利用早实枳等短童期特异柑橘资源,采用经典遗传学研究与现代分子生物学技术相结合的研究方法,定位和克隆短童期调控基因,创造短童期柑橘资源,以加速柑橘杂交育种进程、提高基因功能研究效率。重点内容包括:1)解析木本植物童期长的分子机理:通过突变体和杂交分离群体,定位短童期性状调控的关键基因;2)创造新的短童期种质材料并用于遗传学研究与育种实践:利用基因工程学手段创造短童期转基因柑橘,用作接穗或砧木,缩短获得杂交后代的时间,以分析功能基因的作用,提高育种效率。
