张宏宇

张宏宇简历:男、博士,教授,博士生导师,国家现代农业(柑橘)产业技术体系危险性虫害岗位科学家,1992年在华中农业大学留校任教。曾多次出国留学或开展合作研究,1999至今先后留学美国密西根州立大学和佛罗里达大学、德国康斯坦茨大学、新西兰农业研究中心、以色列农业研究中心;并先后受邀出访澳大利亚、巴西、南非、葡萄牙、韩国及土耳其等国参加大型国际学术会议。先后获教育部提名国家自然科学奖二等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖、湖北省科学技术进步二等奖2项和自然科学奖三等奖1项、湖北省科技进步三等奖3项。先后任International Foundation for Science科学顾问、中国粮油学会理事、中国昆虫学会药剂与毒力专业委员会、城市昆虫专业委员会委员、中国植物保护学会园艺害虫防治专业委员会委员、湖北植保学会副理事长。近年累计发表学术论文百余篇,其中SCI收录60篇,其中, IF﹥9 论文1篇, IF﹥5 论文3篇,一区论文 2篇。授权专利6项。主编“十一五”国家级规划教材《城市昆虫学》和《植物害虫检疫学》、副主编教育部面向21世纪高等学校教材《农业昆虫学》、 研究生教材《昆虫学研究方法与技术导论》等全国性教材。目前承担国家现代农业(柑橘)产业体系外来有害生物入侵与防控虫害岗位科学家、国际原子能署(IAEA)项目、国家自然科学基金、国家公益性行业专项等国际国内项目多项。

重点内容 :

1. 园艺害虫发育繁殖行为、免疫及其与共生微生物互作的分子机理,以RNAi技术平台,明确了橘小实蝇等害虫的关键基因和miRNA在雌雄分化、定位和免疫中的功能;揭示了实蝇、蛴螬肠道微生物分子多态性、群落组成及其对昆虫的生理功能;阐明了双氧化酶基因BdDuox调控橘小实蝇肠道细菌群落稳态平衡的分子调控机理;系统比较研究了不同生殖发育时期的雄性橘小实蝇精巢miRNAs组学,确定了与精子发生相关的miRNAs,功能分析了miR-8-3p在橘小实蝇精子发育过程的作用,增进了人们对于昆虫精子发育分子机制的了解以及基于昆虫精子发育过程中关键miRNA的遗传改造技术进行害虫不育防治(SIT)。

2. 园艺害虫预警与专家系统及绿色综合防控技术研究,建立柑橘害虫信息库、柑橘害虫专家系统和实蝇预警系统数据库、外来入侵与危险性检疫害虫等4个数据库,柑橘害虫预警与专家系统网站 。为农民、政府职能部门、农业技术员、研究人员提供即时准确的害虫信息、预警和咨询指导;主要研究柑橘害虫的天敌捕食螨,病原真菌等生物防治技术,并以此集成非化学防治为主体的柑橘害虫绿色防控技术及其田间应用。
