潘志勇

潘志勇简历:男,博士、副教授、硕士生导师。2005年7月本科毕业于华中农业大学园艺林学学院;2005-2011年,华中农业大学攻读博士学位;期间2010-2011年,受国家留学基金委资助于美国马里兰大学联合培养;2011年12月毕业,获博士学位并留校任教。2014年12月晋升为副教授。现主要从事植物(柑橘)菌根共生分子机理及砧木营养学研究。已在Metabolomics、Frontiers in Microbiology、Proteomics、Journal of Experimental Botany等期刊发表SCI论文14篇。博士学位论文‘基于组学的甜橙红肉变异分子机理’获2013年湖北省优秀博士学位论文奖。主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金、教育部新教师基金、华中农业大学自主创新基金等项目。

研究方向 :

植菌互作机制及其在柑橘上的应用

重点内容 :

柑橘依赖与菌根真菌形成菌根从土壤中吸收养分;除此之外,柑橘根际、叶际以及内生微生物对植株的生长和抗性起着重要作用,研究这些微生物与寄主(柑橘)的互作机制及其对寄主的作用具有重要的科学意义。重点研究内容包括:1)植物(柑橘)-菌根真菌共生互作的分子和细胞学机制;2)柑橘微生物组的组成及其在寄主植物生长和抗性中的作用;3)耐缺铁柑橘砧木资源的挖掘及其适应机制。
