柴利军

柴利军简历:男,博士、副教授、硕士生导师。1983年7月生,籍贯陕西府谷。2005年7月本科毕业于华中农业大学园艺系;2005-2012年,华中农业大学攻读硕士、博士学位;2012年6月毕业,获博士学位并留校任教。2015年晋升为副教授。2011-2012年,英国伯明翰大学生物技术系开展合作研究。担任Frontiers in Plant Science (review editor)、Scientia Horticulturae、Molecular Biology Reports、National Academy Science Letters、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、园艺学报、果树学报等期刊审稿专家。主持及参与国家自然科学基金等项目多项。

研究方向 :

柑橘种质资源与遗传改良、柑橘生殖生物学研究

重点内容 :

1)针对我国野生、半野生及农家柑橘资源保护、评价及开发利用不足,部分珍贵资源面临消失灭绝等现实问题,系统开展芸香科植物种质资源调查、收集、保存,遗传多样性检测,亲缘关系鉴定及性状评价;2)针对生产中由于自交不亲和性状引起的座果率低及果实品质差异等问题,利用分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学等手段结合组学方法,系统开展自交不亲和性状解析与控制自交不亲和性状雌/雄蕊关键决定因子发掘与鉴定。
