简历:女,博士、副教授。2006年6月本科毕业于华中农业大学园艺系;2014年获华中农业大学果树学博士学位(硕博连读);2013-2014年,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)分子细胞发育生物学系(MCDB)访问研究一年;2015年1月起,华中农业大学果树系任教。2016年获国际柑橘学会颁发的“青年科学家”荣誉奖。

柑橘无性生殖机理与生物技术改良

重点内容 :

1)柑橘无性胚发生机理及利用:柑橘无性胚,包括离体(in vitro)体细胞胚发生(somatic embryogenesis)和活体(in vivo)珠心多胚(nucellar polyembryony)。体细胞胚发生是以愈伤组织为外植体的柑橘病毒脱除与品种提纯复壮、原生质体融合、基因编辑等生物技术改良的必要再生步骤。珠心多胚是柑橘特有的无融合生殖现象,用于繁育整齐一致的砧木和固定优良品种种性,也是柑橘常规育种的主要障碍。拟鉴定柑橘无性胚发生的调控基因并解析其功能,揭示柑橘无性胚发生机理,开发提高无性胚发生效率的调控技术,助力柑橘生物技术遗传改良。2)柑橘雄性不育机理及利用:雄性不育性(Male sterility)是柑橘果实无核的重要原因。拟利用课题组自主创制的柑橘雄性不育胞质杂种及其遗传分离群体和雄性不育自然突变材料,发掘控制雄蕊发育和影响花粉育性的因子,揭示柑橘细胞质雄性不育(CMS)和核不育机理,助力柑橘无核品种改良。
