吴巨勋

吴巨勋:男,博士、师资博士后。2009年7月本科毕业于吉林大学;2009-2015年,推免进入华中农业大学果树系进行硕博连读;2015年6月毕业,获得果树学博士学位并留校任教。2014–2015年,美国马里兰大学进行合作研究。

柑橘果实发育与成熟调控;柑橘砧穗互作分子机理

重点内容 :

针对我国柑橘果实成熟期过于集中以及果实品质等方面的问题,借助生物组学和分子操作技术,重点解析柑橘果实发育和成熟的分子调控网络,从而为柑橘熟期分子育种和果实品质改良提供理论基础和基因储备。重点内容包括:1)柑橘果实成熟调控分子机理解析:利用柑橘众多的熟期芽变材料和生物组学技术,挖掘调控柑橘果实成熟的重要路径和关键基因;2)关键基因的功能验证与分子育种:以山金柑、番茄和草莓等为对象,通过遗传转化研究关键基因的功能,并分析其调控机制,继而采用转基因技术进行柑橘分子育种。
